Ahmed Raafat

Ahmed Raafat is a seasoned professional in data analytics and project management, currently serving as the Data Analytics Program Manager at the Department of Government Enablement since October 2022. In this role, Ahmed oversees initiatives for the Abu Dhabi Data Governance Office and leads the enhancement of data management capabilities across various government domains. Prior to this, Ahmed held positions such as Digital and Data Analytics Manager at Keolis MHI Rail Management and Operation L.L.C, focusing on digital transformation projects, and Digital Foundation Project Manager at Omnix International, where data center and infrastructure projects were managed. With a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Chichester, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and additional qualifications in project management, Ahmed brings extensive expertise to the field.
