Pinar Egeli serves as the Healthcare Payors Health Technology Assessment Section Head at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi since March 2023, focusing on the assessment and advice for new healthcare technologies to enhance clinical and financial outcomes. Previously, Pinar held multiple significant roles at GE Healthcare from August 2009 to March 2023, including Outcomes Research Director for EMEA, where partnerships were established to generate evidence of GEHC technologies' outcomes, and Regional Director of Value Propositions & Insights & Outcomes Research, developing strategies for market access. Earlier experience includes positions in market access and pricing leadership across various regions, as well as roles in supply chain management and marketing in the healthcare sector. Pinar's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Georgia Southern University and certifications in health economics from the University of York.
