Nida Watkins

Nida Watkins is a seasoned professional in housing and urban development, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since October 2023. Previously, Nida held the position of Housing and Neighborhood Development Manager for the City of Norwalk, California, from June 2020 to June 2023. Nida's extensive experience also includes serving as Housing Authority Operations Officer for the City of Long Beach, Project Manager, Housing Supervisor, and Accountant for the City of Garden Grove, and Customer Service Supervisor at SkyWest Airlines. Nida holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2000.
