Lance Sleeman

Lance Sleeman is an experienced executive in the construction and legal sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of Commercial & Legal at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lance was a Project Director for the greenfield $1 billion Chisholm Road Prison Project from July 2020 to May 2022. With a history of leadership positions, Lance has also held roles such as Project Director at CPB Contractors, Operations Manager and Commercial Operations Manager at various construction firms, and Director at Sleeman Consultancy Pty Ltd, which provides extensive consulting services to the construction industry. Lance holds a Diploma of Building from RMIT and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Swinburne University.
