Taslima Viljoen

Taslima Viljoen began their work experience in 2006 as a Specialist Television Journalist at SABC, where they worked until 2008. After that, they joined the South African Broadcast Corporation (SABC) in 2009 as a Bulletin Editor Output until 2012. In 2012, they joined Business Day Newspaper as a Deputy News Editor until 2013. Finally, they worked at the Department of Science and Technology as a Media Director starting from December 2013.

Taslima Viljoen pursued education in journalism, starting with a National Diploma in Journalism from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, which they completed between 2004 and 2007. Taslima then obtained a Master's Degree in Journalism from City, University of London in 2005 and 2006.
