Andreas Eckhardt

Andreas Eckhardt has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the telecommunications and IT industry. Andreas began their career as an Electrical Engineer at Datentechnik und Datenfunk Handels GmbH in 1997, where they worked until 1999. Andreas then joined T-Mobile Austria as a Core Network Engineer from 2000 to 2004, before transitioning to the role of Service Manager from 2005 to 2005. In 2005, Andreas joined Kapsch CarrierCom AG as an Integration Manager, where they worked until 2006. Andreas then joined Raiffeisen Informatik as a Technical Product Manager from 2006 to 2013, before being promoted to the role of Service Level Manager from 2014 to 2016. Most recently, they worked at the U.S. Department of State, starting as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer from 2016 to 2018, and then moving up to the position of Head of Mission Communications from 2018 to the present.

Andreas Eckhardt attended the Joseph Schumpeter Institute from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management. Prior to that, they attended HTBLuVA Wiener Neustadt from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they hold an ITIL Foundation v3 certification from the APM Group.
