Kaitlin Stephens

Kaitlin Stephens serves as a Foreign Service Officer and Program Manager at the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating key documentation for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for International Security and Nonproliferation. Prior to this role, Kaitlin had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force, where service included roles as an Intelligence Officer, Executive Officer to Squadron and Group Commanders, and Lead Intelligence Operations Officer, overseeing emergency situations and leading large-scale intelligence operations. Additionally, Kaitlin held significant positions in the United States Department of Defense, managing the Civilian Deputy to the Commander and leading intelligence collection efforts at US Southern Command. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the United States Air Force Academy, complemented by studies at Universidade do Porto.
