Spandan Sinha

Spandan Sinha currently serves as an IES at the Department of Telecommunications, focusing on the implementation of telecommunications-related policies and ensuring service compliance by telecommunications service providers since April 2022. Previously, Spandan held the position of Assistant Manager (Signal & Telecomm) at Ircon International Ltd. from 2018 to November 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Mu Sigma Inc. from September 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities encompassed client research, data analysis, and project valuation, among others. Spandan began a career in telecommunications as a trainee at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited in 2012. An alumnus of BIT Mesra, Spandan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
