Christina Baik

Christina Baik is an experienced educator with a diverse background in instructional coaching, teaching, and leadership in various academic settings. Currently serving as an Instructional Coach, DEI Leader, and English Teacher at DePaul College Prep since 2021, Christina collaborates with faculty to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices for over 150 staff and 1,200 students. Experience includes roles as a Summer Instructor at Northwestern University Center for Talent Development, Upper School English Teacher at North Shore Country Day School, Senior Resident Tutor at Harvard University, and English Teacher at Boston College High School. Christina holds a Master of Arts in Religion and Literature from Yale University, a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Sociology/Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
