David Avdul

David Avdul, Ph.D., currently serves as the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at DePaul University, having previously held the position of Director of Compensation & HR Central Operations at the same institution. David's extensive experience includes leadership roles in compensation and benefits at Hu-Friedy Mfg. Co., LLC, HSBC, and GN Group, where David managed comprehensive rewards programs and compliance. David Avdul began their career as an Analyst at Wachovia Securities Financial Network and later worked as a Sales Consultant at Kronos Incorporated. Academically, David Avdul holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Human Resources/Business from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
