Yulia Ikumi

Yulia Ikumi is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Translator/Writer at Blossom the Media since December 2020, specializing in bilingual translations to address global social issues. Concurrently, Yulia has been a First Year Mentor at DePauw University, guiding students through their initial year and facilitating discussions. As the Vice President of the Japanese Club, Yulia organizes events and promotes Japanese culture, while also fulfilling the role of Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, where discussions on various social issues are facilitated. Previous experience includes an Advertising and Branding Research Internship at TOKYO DIME and a short-term position with the Policy Division of the Japan Sports Agency, where new policies concerning physical education were proposed. Yulia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Global French Studies from DePauw University and graduated from Senri International School with a High School Diploma.
