Julie Roche

Julie Roche has a strong background in human resources, starting their career as an HR Manager at Barclays Insurance in 2001. Julie then moved on to work as the Head of HR at Hypo Real Estate Bank International from 2003 to 2005, and later at HYPO Public Finance Bank from 2005 to 2008. Since 2008, they have been with Depfa Bank, first as an HR Business Partner and currently as the Head of HR.

Julie Roche has a diverse education history. Julie obtained an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, completing their studies in 2021. In 2020, they completed a M.Sc. in Leadership & Management Practice at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Julie also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the National College of Ireland, which they earned in 2008. Their earlier educational achievement includes a Diploma in HRM from the same college in 2000.
