Ryan Castonia

Ryan Castonia has a diverse work experience. Ryan currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Dephy, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor and Principal at Two Bear Capital from July 2019 to January 2023. Between October 2021 and March 2023, they served as a Board Observer at Selector, where they gained experience in analytics solutions for network and application infrastructures. Ryan also held the position of Board Observer at pulseData from April 2021 to March 2023, specialising in data analysis. From June 2021 to February 2023, they worked as a Board Observer at Elisity, where they focused on implementing secure access solutions and network segmentation. Ryan has prior military experience, serving in various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Technical Project Lead, Branch Chief, and Assistant Director of Operations. Ryan also worked as a Department of Defense Fellow at Pratt Miller. Ryan started their career as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Humans and Automation Lab.

Ryan Castonia completed their undergraduate and graduate studies in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2010. Ryan then attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Diploma with Honors in Modern Standard Arabic.
