Carl Harter

Carl Harter is a skilled operations and project management professional with extensive experience in sports management. Currently serving as a Field Operations Specialist at Deployed Resources, LLC, since March 2023, Carl previously held roles such as Associate Project Manager and OSP Analyst at Mears Group, Inc. From August 2019 to January 2022, Carl was the Director of Events & Sports Operations at the University of California, Berkeley, managing project operations and budgets for seven athletics programs. Additional experience includes positions as Adult Hockey Coordinator for the Nashville Predators and Florida Panthers, and Graduate Assistant - Video Coordinator at Liberty University.
