Katie Murgatroyd is a seasoned professional in payments operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Senior Payments Operations Manager and previously as the Community Experience Manager at Depop since October 2020. Prior to their tenure at Depop, Katie held multiple roles at Amazon from September 2014 to March 2020, including Customer Care Manager with responsibility as the country lead for Audible Australia & New Zealand customer care operations. Earlier experience includes a Financial Analyst Intern position at Lloyds Banking Group in mid-2013 and a role as a Financial Analyst at Customer Fulfillment FP&A. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Financial Mathematics from The University of Manchester, completed in 2014, and is a part of the ACCA program from 2014 to 2016.
