Cristian van Nispen

Cristian van Nispen is an accomplished Data Director at Dept Agency since 2013, overseeing the EMEA Data Craft leadership with responsibility for the data teams in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark, leading a total of over 60 professionals across insights, business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, data science, and consulting. Prior to this role, Cristian served as Head of Data, managing four teams focused on business intelligence and analytics, and was Team Lead Insights at TamTam, where expertise in web analytics and CRO was developed. Cristian's career began at Deloitte Nederland as an Online Marketer and previously included a role as a Communication Advisor at Hogeschool Rotterdam, focusing on student recruitment and marketing efforts.
