Mark Washburn

Mark Washburn has a diverse work experience in project management and consulting roles. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Deque Systems, Inc since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LivePerson as a Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2022, where they also held the roles of Project Manager from 2019 to 2021 and Customer Success Manager from 2017 to 2019. Before joining LivePerson, Mark worked at QA Consulting as a Gateway Consultant Developer from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for managing client accounts and providing technical support for account configurations. Mark also underwent training as a Consultant Developer in Enterprise Architecture and Java at NETbuilder from January to March 2015.

Mark Washburn obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Mark attended the university from 2010 to 2014, focusing on their field of study during that time.
