Andreas Kuhlmann

Andreas Kuhlmann serves as the Head of Sorting Technology at Der Grüne Punkt – Duales System Deutschland GmbH since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kuhlmann was the Operational Manager at PreZero Recycling Süd GmbH from July 2019 to April 2023, overseeing operations following the company's rebranding from Suez Recycling Süd GmbH. Kuhlmann's extensive experience includes positions such as Branch Manager at Kühl Entsorgung & Recycling Südwest GmbH, Head of Operations at Schuller GmbH, and Operations Manager at ALBA Recycling GmbH. Additionally, Kuhlmann worked in project management and engineering roles at Horstmann Recyclingtechnik GmbH and Wersche GmbH. Kuhlmann began a career in academia at the Institute for Materials Handling and Mining Machines at the University of Hannover, after earning a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
