Lee Wilshaw

Lee Wilshaw currently serves as the Academy Education Lead at Derby County Football Club, overseeing academic delivery for all age groups since October 2023. Previously, Wilshaw was the Head of Education at Rochdale Association Football Club, where coordination of education programs for young players took place. Additional experience includes coaching roles at various clubs, including Rochdale AFC, where Wilshaw also served as Head Football Coach at the Development Centres. Lee's background in education is supported by multiple degrees in sports coaching and teacher training from institutions such as the University of Derby and Warrington & Vale Royal College.
