Antony Watson

Antony Watson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as the HR Workforce Analyst Manager at Derbyshire Constabulary since May 2022. Previously, Antony held roles including Resourcing Manager & Advisor and Workforce Planner at Nottinghamshire Police from June 2018 to May 2022, and Human Resources Advisor at Leicestershire Police from November 2015 to May 2018. Antony's career began at Nottinghamshire Police as a Personal Assistant to senior HR leaders and later advanced to HR Team Leader in Resourcing. Prior to the police service, Antony worked for McDonald's for over two decades in various roles, primarily focused on finance, HR, and senior management support. Antony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Open University and possesses CIPD qualifications.
