Paul Cannon

Paul Cannon has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served with Derbyshire Constabulary from July 1985 to the present. Currently the Community Coordinator and Community Speedwatch Coordinator, Paul has previously held positions including Engagement Officer, where responsibilities included promoting the force's work and fostering internal communication, as well as Communications Officer, focusing on the Safer Neighbourhood Teams and managing public communications. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as a Police Inspector, Police Officer, and Police Training Designer, leading operational policing and training initiatives. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Business Studies from Derby College of Further Education and attendance at Mickleover School.
