Sharron Bragg

Sharron Bragg serves as the Global Head of Operations and Service Delivery at DerbySoft since September 2012, leading a global operations team in technical implementation and support for digital marketing customers. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Implementations and Solutions Engineer in both Marketing Services and Connectivity at DerbySoft, where Sharron developed project management strategies and provided custom technical solutions for customer onboarding. Prior to DerbySoft, Sharron worked at Trust International Hotel Reservation Services GmbH as Product Manager for Demand Interfaces, focusing on expanding distribution channels, and held positions as Technical Product Consultant at Hyatt and Manager of Quality Assurance and Product Manager at MSI Solutions. Sharron began a career in the hospitality industry at Choice Hotels International as Supervisor of Research and Analysis, contributing to various projects and development initiatives.
