Seth D. Carson

Seth D. Carson is an experienced civil rights litigator representing plaintiffs in employment matters including discrimination and harassment in the workplace. Throughout his career, Seth has handled numerous matters involving race, color, and national origin discrimination as well as sexual harassment claims based on sexual orientation for employees within the LGBTQ community. Seth has also helped many clients with claims relating to the Americans Disability Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Seth has worked on several large cases surrounding age and gender discrimination, one of which he secured a settlement of $400,000 on behalf of a client in Pennsylvania.
