Carla van Sintfiet has a diverse work experience in risk management and research. Carla is currently working as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Deribit. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director and Head of Risk Management at Mizuho Bank Europe, where they oversaw the overall Risk Management Framework. Carla also worked as a Senior Financial Risk Manager at Knab, a Senior Portfolio Risk Manager at Aegon Asset Management, and a Risk & Performance Reporting Analyst at Shell. Carla began their career as an Investment Restriction Control Officer at ING Investment Management and as a Research Associate at the University of Toronto.
