Joan Huerto

Joan Huerto has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2013 as a Call Center Representative for ExactStar. From there, they worked as a Customer Support Analyst at Playasia and then as a Target Marketer at Saver6.com, where they were responsible for social media marketing and lead generation.

In 2018, Joan served as a Social Media Manager for David Visual Communications Inc. and also worked as an Executive Assistant at Euncoin.com.

Starting in 2019, Joan gained experience in community management and social media as a Chat Support Operator at Chat2, a Social Media Head Community Manager at DERMA E, and a Community Management Developer at MRT Media Management.

Currently, Joan is the Head Community Manager at TOPIX Skin Health, where they oversee community management responsibilities. Throughout their career, Joan has demonstrated skills in building social communities, customer service, engaging with influencers, and targeting the right audience through digital marketing.

Joan Huerto pursued their education in the field of Information Technology at the Lyceum of Subic Bay in Subic Bay, Zambales. From 2008 to 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the same institution.
