Joni Lay

Joni Lay has a long and varied career in the beauty industry. Joni began their career in 1998 with L'Oréal as a Sales & Training Executive. In 2015 they moved to Clarisonic as a Sales & Training Executive. In 2016 they joined Ulta Beauty as a Regional Brand Manager Lancome, and was promoted to Sr. Regional Brand Manager Lancome. Most recently, in 2021, they joined DERMAFLASH as Director Sales and Education.

Joni Lay attended the University of Northern Colorado, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing.
