Rebecca Bradley Dreyfuss has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. Rebecca began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Buyer for Apparel, Accessories, Shoes, and Intimates at Soft Surroundings Catalog. Rebecca was promoted to Associate Buyer for the same categories in the same company. In 2004, they moved to White House/Black Market as a Buyer for Outerwear, Shoes, and Sunglasses, and was promoted to Associate Buyer for Shoes, Fashion Accessories, Seasonal Accessories, and Sunglasses. In 2006, they joined Boston Proper as the Director for Bottoms, Jackets, and Outerwear. During their time there, they developed and implemented product vision and strategies to improve sales, margin, and market share for the $30 million division, which represented 27% of total company volume. In 2012, they moved to Perry Ellis International as the Director of Ecommerce Merchandising and was promoted to Vice President of Ecommerce, Merchandising. In 2015, they joined One Two Cosmetics as a Board of Directors Member and Retail Specialist. In 2018, they became President of Bradley Consulting Inc. and in 2019, they joined Privé Revaux as Vice President of Digital Commerce. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Digital at DERMAFLASH.
