Melissa Williams serves as the Head of Global Education at Dermalux LED since November 2021, where responsibilities include establishing and managing the education department, creating engaging content, and providing comprehensive training. Previously, in an interim role as Head of UK Sales and Education, Melissa led sales teams to achieve record performances while developing educational initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions as Head of Education at Aesthetic Technology Ltd, Business Manager for the South West at Dermalux, and Head of Retail Operations at the International Institute for Anti-Ageing, where management of teams and sales growth were key focuses. Currently, as Director and Personal Performance Coach at Look After The Goose Coaching, Melissa supports clients in gaining clarity and taking actionable steps.
