Mary Tortorici

Mary Tortorici is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at Dermody Properties since March 2020, Mary leads strategic initiatives and oversees property operations. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Senior Property Manager at Liberty Property Trust, where responsibility included direct management of an 8 million square foot industrial portfolio, budget preparation, financial reporting, and overseeing Tenant Improvements and capital projects.
