Erik Bettis

Erik Bettis has extensive experience in engineering and technology, currently serving as the Director of Business Tech at Reformation since December 2019. Prior to this role, Erik held multiple positions at DermStore Beauty Group, including Senior Data Engineer, Senior Director of Tech, and Director of Data Engineering, beginning in April 2012. Earlier career contributions include serving as a Mechanical Engineer at McKenna Engineering from December 2010 to April 2012, where responsibilities involved designing and managing custom industrial equipment projects, and as an Engineer at Northrop Grumman from June 2006 to December 2010, focusing on developing tools for analyzing aircraft sensor simulation data. Erik Bettis earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego in 2009 and an Associate of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Marymount California University in 2006.
