Abby Dixon

Abby Dixon has over a decade of experience in people operations and account management within the public relations industry. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations and Managing Director at Derris since May 2013, Abby has held various roles including Account Director, Account Supervisor, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Account Executive at Rogers & Cowan and Account Executive at LaForce + Stevens, where Abby began as a Public Relations Intern in the fashion sector. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Iona University, completed in 2011.
