Michelle Meyer-Edley

Michelle Meyer-Edley has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as the Head of Patron Accounts at Des Plaines Public Library since May 2001, after holding various roles including Technical Services Manager and Reference Librarian. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a librarian at The Center: Resources for Teaching and Learning from 1997 to 2001 and began a career in library services as a Periodicals Assistant at Downers Grove Public Library between 1992 and 1993. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1998 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Psychology and Women's Studies from Loyola University Chicago, completed from 1993 to 1996.
