Alan Dunkerley

Alan Dunkerley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Alan began their career at Mobil Oil as a Wholesale Plant Design Engineer - Co-Op, where they contributed to technical design projects and published multiple engineering specifications. Alan then joined CAPS Logistics as a Senior Consultant, specializing in supply chain network optimization and route planning. During this time, they implemented strategic network design solutions and route dispatching systems for clients. Alan later became a Senior Account Executive at CAPS Logistics, achieving top sales performance and closing new accounts globally. The company was later acquired by Baan. Alan then co-founded Centricity, an Internet Startup focused on ecommerce parcel shipping and Transportation Management Systems. Alan played a key role in developing the business plan, conducting market research, and shaping the product strategy. Centricity was successfully launched and subsequently acquired within 18 months. Currently, Alan holds a Senior Vice President Product Management position at Descartes Systems Group, where they are responsible for product management and strategy.

Alan Dunkerley attended James Madison High School, although the start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University, graduating in 1994.
