Robert Wise

Robert Wise has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Robert currently works as the Director of Support at Descartes Systems Group, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of Account Management and Support at Appterra, Inc. from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they trained and supervised customer support and production support teams in the Philippines and was responsible for the performance of communications links and file integration. Before that, they held account and project management roles at Lannsys and EC Outlook. Robert also has experience as a project manager in software localization and as a community manager. In the earlier stages of their career, Robert worked as an interpreter, records technician, and department store manager.

Robert Wise graduated from Foerdegymnasium Flensburg in 1985 with an Abitur degree in Physics and History. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Finance and Accounting) from Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 1997.
