Nicole Broos

Nicole Broos has extensive experience in personnel and organization (P&O) management, currently serving as Manager P&O at Desch Plantpak since March 2010. Prior roles include Manager P&O at Bakkersland and P&O advisor at Zwanenberg Food Group. Nicole's career in P&O began at Laurus, where responsibilities included P&O functions and transformative management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Kultureel Werk, Activiteitenbegeleiding from Avans University of Applied Sciences and further studies at the University of Groningen. Nicole completed high school at Frencken College Oosterhoud.
