Trygve Bolken

Trygve Bolken is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at Deschutes County since July 2017, Trygve specializes in benefits administration, employee relations, classification and compensation, recruitment, and training. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at PCC Structurals, where Trygve managed HR operations for a 410-employee foundry and acted as a strategic partner to senior leadership, and Human Resources Generalist at Bend Research. Earlier in their career, Trygve held positions focused on regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and safety management at Nosler, Inc., Entre-Prises, and Marus Dental. Educational qualifications include a degree from Oregon State University and a certificate in Composites Manufacturing Technology from Central Oregon Community College.
