Dr. Vishal Gupta

Dr. Vishal Gupta is a co-founder of Descign AI LLP, specializing in developing an AI-powered data management and collaboration platform for life science organizations since November 2017. Prior to this role, Dr. Gupta pursued a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from December 2013 to September 2017. Additional experience includes working as a research associate at the Indian Institute of Science, focusing on micro-pump engineering for lab-on-chip applications, and serving as a visiting scientist at EMBL, where research involved PCR in microfluidic systems. Earlier academic achievements include a Master of Science in NanoBiophysics from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
