Seema Kale

Seema Kale has over 17 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. Seema began their career in 2004 as the Accounts Manager at Prometal Industries LLC (Emirates Investments Group), Dubai. In this role, they were responsible for finalizing accounts, consolidating group accounts, liaising with statutory auditors, analyzing costs, controlling costs and pricing, and maintaining fixed asset registers. In 2007, they moved to Obegi Chemicals LLC, where they served as Accounts Manager. In this role, they were responsible for preparing and maintaining timely and accurate financial statements, preparing budgets and fixing targets, and analyzing actual utilization and variances in budgets. In 2014, they joined Al Suwaidi Investments LLC, Dubai as Financial Controller and Operations Manager. In this role, they were actively involved in driving, supporting, and sustaining the company's growth through the effective management of accounts, finance, business operations, financial analysis, and audit. Seema also implemented Value Added Tax (VAT) accounting and management. Currently, they work as a Financial Controller at Desert Control.

Seema Kale completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1984 and 1987. Seema subsequently earned their ICWA Inter (Group 1) in Costing from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India between 1999 and 2000. Lastly, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Management from the Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies between 2011 and 2013.
