Laura Wallace has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on member care, retail operations, and business development. Laura has held various leadership roles in reputable credit unions, including Desert Financial Credit Union and Alliant Credit Union. In their most recent position as SVP, Chief Engagement Officer at Desert Financial Credit Union, Laura leads the strategy for branch, contact center, and business development channels. Laura designs and implements strategies to drive employee and member satisfaction, increase membership, and enhance the overall member experience. Prior to that, they served as SVP, Chief Retail Officer at Desert Financial Credit Union and held several vice president roles at Alliant Credit Union, where they set strategic directions, managed member care centers, developed training programs, and implemented sales strategies to increase membership and share of wallet. Laura has a strong track record in driving positive results for their organizations while prioritizing member advocacy and delivering excellent customer service.

Laura Wallace graduated from DePaul University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Leadership. Laura attended the university from 2007 to 2011. In 2019, they enrolled in Kellogg Executive Education and completed an Executive Scholar Certificate in Organizational Leadership in 2021.
