Paul Hernandez

Paul Hernandez has over 18 years of experience in various technology and project management roles. Paul most recently worked as the CRM Director at Desert Financial Credit Union since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Enterprise CRM at Early Warning®, where they managed Salesforce platforms across multiple organizations and developed relationships with business and technical partners to drive strategic initiatives. Before that, they worked at American Express for five years as the Director of Product Manager for Salesforce and Compensation Platforms, managing a $6M program portfolio and overseeing resource allocation and career development. Paul also held positions at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase, where they managed project portfolios, implemented technology systems, and developed project methodologies. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Paul Hernandez has a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. Paul also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained a certification named American Express & Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Publishing.
