Debin Ray

Debin Ray is an experienced executive currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director of Desert Rotor since April 2014, where the focus is on providing services to defense contractors, municipalities, private corporations, and civilians, leveraging a team with diverse backgrounds in private spaceflight and financial services. Prior to this role, Debin Ray worked as a Resource Planner at Vanguard from February 2006 to November 2017, specializing in contact center operations, management analytics, and resource management. Debin Ray holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing from Western International University.
