Martin Teschendorff has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2004, they started working as a Technischer Angestellter at Deutsche Telekom for six months. Following this, from September 2004 to September 2008, they worked as a Systemadministrator at 1&1 Versatel. Martin then joined Senvion in October 2010, where they worked in the PMS - Permanent Monitoring role until April 2012. In June 2012, they began working as a Customer Support - 1st Level at DESIGNA via Randstad Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, troubleshooting software-driven parking management systems. From February 2013 to August 2018, they continued working at DESIGNA as a Customer Support - 2nd Level, providing support over the phone and remote access. Starting in September 2018, Martin transitioned to the role of Qualitätssicherung - Testing Lab, and then as Leader Fullsystem TestingLab - Quality Assurance from March 2020 to December 2022. Currently, they are working as the Head of Test Service Center - Research and Development at DESIGNA.

Martin Teschendorff earned a degree in IT-Systemelektroniker from Deutsche Telekom AG between 2001 and 2004. Martin later attended Technische Akademie Nord from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a degree as a staatlich geprüfter Elektrotechniker, specializing in Energietechnik & Prozessautomatisierung.
