Maximilian Gronau

Maximilian Gronau has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Maximilian is currently working at DESIGNA as the Head of Finance, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Financial Accounting at the same company, starting in October 2021. Before joining DESIGNA, Maximilian worked at VAMED Gesundheit Holding Deutschland GmbH as the Team Leader of Group Reporting from March 2019 to October 2021. Maximilian also gained experience at Helios Kliniken GmbH, where they held multiple roles including Team Leader of Finance from September 2018 to October 2021, Deputy Team Leader of Finance from May 2016 to September 2018, and Financial Accountant from July 2015 to May 2016.

Maximilian Gronau began their education in 2012 at HELIOS Kliniken GmbH, where they pursued a degree as a Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen. Maximilian completed this program in 2015. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, Maximilian attended the Wirtschaftsakademie Schleswig Holstein, focusing on Rechnungs- und Finanzwesen and earning a degree as a Bilanzbuchhalter.

In 2019, Maximilian enrolled at Kleemann Schulen, studying to become a Staatlich Geprüfter Betriebswirt. Maximilian completed their Bachelor Professional im Fachbereich Wirtschaft in this field of study in 2022.

Furthermore, Maximilian Gronau obtained additional certifications throughout their education. In 2016, they received the Stipendiat Begabtenförderung Berufliche Bildung from the Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung. In 2022, they obtained the IHK Projektmanager certification from the IHK zu Kiel.
