Thomas Mercer

Thomas Mercer has a strong background in leadership and management. Thomas worked as President and General Manager at designDATA and Arctic Information Technology. Thomas then served as Senior Vice President of Digital Products at Bibliotheca, where they led change and transformation and was accountable for P&L. Prior to that, they held various roles at 3M, including Global Marketing Manager and Program Leader/Inventor/Developer, where they managed marketing activities, led the sale of 3M Library Systems, and oversaw the development of the 3M Cloud Library. Thomas also received multiple awards for technical excellence and is an inventor on four patents.

Thomas Mercer completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University between 1995 and 2000. Thomas later pursued a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008.
