Dave Ridgway

Dave Ridgway has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Dave began their career as a Sales Executive at @UK PLC in 2006. Dave then worked as an Editor at Magic Bullet Ltd in 2008, followed by a role as Head of Post Production at New Treatment Ltd from 2008 to 2012. From 2013 to 2014, Dave served as a Regional Business Development Manager at Sentinel Performance Solutions Ltd. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Digital New Business Manager at Certus Digital Recruitment before transitioning to a role as a Senior Strategic Account Development Manager at Workfront from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Dave joined Acquia where they have held various positions, including Key Account Manager from 2017 to 2019, Customer Success Manager from 2019 to 2020, Interim Manager - Customer Success, EMEA from February 2021 to May 2021, Senior Customer Success Manager from 2020 to 2023, Lead Customer Success Manager from January 2023 to August 2023, and currently as Team Lead - Customer Success.

Dave Ridgway attended the University of Wales, Newport from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Multimedia. Dave also obtained a certification in Online Marketing Fundamentals from Google.
