Mark Felton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical account management and digital technologies. Currently serving as Manager for Technical Account Management at Acquia since November 2015, Mark supports key accounts across government, nonprofit, and enterprise sectors, prioritizing customer success. Prior to Acquia, Mark held various roles at Harvard Magazine from 1999 to 2015, culminating in the position of Director of Digital Technologies and Production, where efforts led to the establishment of a robust online presence. Mark's career also includes a foundational role as Production Coordinator at Fast Company Magazine from 1997 to 1999. Mark graduated from Middlebury College in 1997 and attended Acton-Boxborough Regional High School from 1989 to 1993.
