Jarrett Saunders

Jarrett Sanders, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at Designing Justice + Designing Spaces, having previously held the position of Real Estate Development Project Manager at Communities First, Inc. from June 2023 to July 2024, and worked as a Real Estate Program Specialist at Capital Impact Partners from 2019 to 2022. In this role, Jarrett collaborated with various stakeholders to support real estate developers of color in Detroit, managed the Equitable Development Initiative, and oversaw program operations. Earlier experience includes positions such as Property Asset Manager at the Detroit Land Bank Authority, Community Revitalization Coordinator at Community Housing Network, Inc., and Community Account Manager at United Way for Southeastern Michigan. Jarrett holds a Master of Public Administration from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Wayne State University.
