Marc - Andrew Aguilera

Marc-Andrew Aguilera is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across nonprofit and private sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Designing Justice + Designing Spaces since September 2021, Marc-Andrew also works as a bartender at The Factory Bar and as an independent contractor for grant writing at The Grace Group Fundraising Co. Previous positions include Director of Finance and Administration at Berkeley Food & Housing Project, where significant financial performance improvements were achieved, and Chief Financial and Operating Officer at The Unity Council, which involved rapid identification and resolution of financial and operational issues. Marc-Andrew has held key financial governance roles at Save Mount Diablo and served as Chairman of the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce during its rebuilding phase. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
