Rachel Chung

Rachel Chung currently serves as the Director of Advancement at Designing Justice + Designing Spaces, focusing on community-engaged design to reduce reliance on prisons. Previously, Rachel held the position of Chief of Staff at Mind Share Partners, where efforts concentrated on improving workplace mental health. Rachel also contributed to the Anti-Recidivism Coalition as the Director of Development, empowering incarcerated individuals through comprehensive reentry services. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Development at Wishtoyo Foundation, where Rachel worked on environmental and cultural preservation, and positions at the University of California, Los Angeles, and other organizations. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UCLA.
