Katherine Freson

Katherine Freson is a seasoned professional with a solid background in product quality, safety, and customer service. Currently serving as a Product Quality and Safety Specialist and previously as a Merchandise Associate at Designs Direct Creative Group since May 2012, Katherine has extensive experience in the retail and service sectors. Prior roles include Customer Service Sales Specialist at SCHOOLSin and Student Administrative Assistant in the Office of Residence Life at Xavier University. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Xavier University and also completed coursework at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Education was completed at Mount Notre Dame High School.
